 Digital Scribing Product Overview

Here is an overview of our Digital Scribing products, find out more information about each one below. Each Digital Scribing product comes with an initial briefing meeting. This meeting allows us to understand your vision for the event, and we take notes on:

• the themes

• the speakers and presenters

• individual presentations and content

In this meeting we also agree on the visual tone, approach and style for your event. We discuss how to include your branding, as well as the production schedule, event delivery and feedback rounds.

Webinar and Presentation Synthesis

Event Runtime: 1 hour approximately

Webinar and presentation synthesis is a great way of translating your carefully planned presentation into rich illustrations that add a new level of explanation, engagement, entertainment and memorability. We can work on presentations before an event by receiving a finalised document, or after by working from these documents or a recording.

Based on your presentation, our team of scribes create a digital poster of up to 12 simple images, crystalising key points and takeaways. These are done in sync with your branding and can be turned into images perfect for social media.

 Multi-Speaker and Multi-Day Events

Event Runtime: 1-3 day online event, selected 30-40 minute sessions

Digital Scribing is an ideal way to tie together ideas from across an event - whether they span different days or different speakers. Our team of scribes use their visual thinking skills to bring these ideas together in one place and one style, creating the perfect end-of-event gift for attendees and a great resource for those who couldn’t attend. Delivered within your brand guidelines, it will fit with your other event marketing and images can be prepared for social media to share the event even further.

 Video Scribed Slide Decks

A 30-40 minute web presentation

Let your slides jump off the screen through a combination of rich illustration and animation, appearing on-screen in real time - timed to your delivery. We work from your pre-recorded presentation or finalised script, or from the post-event recording of your presentation. We turn your themes and ideas into visuals that give your presentation a new dimension of communication and engagement, and help your ideas to embed in the memory of your audience.

As well the visuals for your presentation, placed into your presentation tool, we create a digital poster which captures them slide by slide - creating an attractive and professional presentation aid. These visuals can be turned into illustrations and animations ideal for social media.

 Digital Graphic Recording

A 60-120 minute session

Our team of scribes soak up your presentation and your style, bringing it to life in the form of illustration and visual metaphors. They map the points and themes from your presentation in space, and link related information. The result is a ‘catch-all’ that acts as an aide memoire, tool for deeper reflection and the fuel for further discussion.

This image is then turned into a digital poster, from which we turn elements into social media ready images, giving your presentation a new audience and reach.
